The ECUA Purchasing & Stores Division is located on the second floor of the Customer Service Building at Ellyson Industrial Park and is a member of the National Institute of Government Purchasing (NIGP) and the Central Gulf Coast Chapter of the NIGP.

ECUA Purchasing & Stores Division is open from 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday.
