Residential Water Service Rates
The ECUA is a non-profit, non-taxing agency. Water rates are structured to cover the cost of providing services. Following are current rates that are subject to change, based on ECUA Board action.

Mainland Water Rates
Water rates consist of a minimum monthly charge and a usage charge that apply to all customers having active service. The minimum monthly charge for a single-family residence is $7.89. The rate for usage is
$1.61 per thousand gallons of water used.
 
Pensacola Beach Water Rates

The minimum monthly charge for a single-family* residence is $16.44, which includes up to 4,000 gallons per unit of consumption. The rate for usage over 4,000 gallons per unit is  $2.37 per thousand gallons of water used.      *Single-Family Residence on Pensacola Beach includes Townhouses, Condominiums, Condo / Hotels and Apartments)
