ECUA Mission Statement
The people and
resources of the Emerald Coast Utilities Authority
are committed to providing the citizens
of Escambia County with
services of the highest quality. We are
dedicated to meeting the
needs of our customers in a courteous
and responsive manner. We
will continue to pursue operational
efficiencies in an effort to maintain
reasonable prices for our services.
The Emerald Coast Utilities
Authority is equally dedicated to maintain

County through sound,
environmentally conscious decision
making. Our objective is to
respond to growth with timely
availability of services. In all our

source and maintain the purity of our
