Night Deposit Box:
Payment of bills, made in the form
of checks or money orders, may be placed in the Ellyson Industrial Park office deposit box.
Cash should not be placed in the night deposit box; ECUA is not
responsible for cash payments placed in the deposit boxes. Payments placed in the deposit
boxes during operating hours will be credited to the customer's account on the following
business day. |
Pre-Authorized Checking Program:
The Pre-Authorized Checking Program (PAC) is a method which allows for the
automatic transfer of funds from your bank account to pay your bill. As an
Emerald Coast Utilities Authority customer, you are invited to use our Pre-Authorized
Checking program for making your payments the easy, hassle-free way. Just complete the
authorization agreement (a copy is available for download below).
Please complete the form, attach a voided check, and return it
with your next payment or deliver it to one of our two Customer Service
locations. Your PAC account
will be setup and you will begin to enjoy the convenience of Pre-Authorized Checking two
billing cycles after signing up. Of course, information about your bill will still
be mailed to you, and your account will not be drafted until the PAC date shown on your
bill. It doesn't get any easier than this!
Pre-Authorized
Checking Form is
available in PDF format.

Project
EUAP:
Project EUAP, or the Escambia Utility Assistance Program,
was created in 1988 to assist elderly, disabled, or other customers on low or
fixed incomes, who suddenly face a high utility bill they can’t pay. Medical
emergencies and the loss of a job or family breadwinner can all be factors in
such unexpected financial crises.
ECUA customers make tax-deductible contributions to the program by having
$1.00 per month (or a larger amount) included on their utility bill. Larger,
independent donations may also be made and are always welcome. It may come
as a surprise to our customers that so many in our community need this type of
assistance and that the qualified payments could be so high. Project EUAP is
obviously helping to meet this need.
All contributions are used exclusively in the emergency relief fund and
never to pay administrative expenses of the program. EUAP is
administered by the Community Action Program, Escambia County Council on Aging,
and the Salvation Army. Eligibility is re-evaluated by these entities each time
a request for help is received.
For more information, to contribute, or to sign up as a regular participant
in Project EUAP, please call ECUA Customer Service at
476-0480. ECUA and
our community appreciates your support very much.
